意味は～に出席するです。

1.I cannot attend the meeting tomorrow due to a prior commitment.
和訳: 明日の会議には前もって予定があるため、出席できません。

2.She is excited to attend the conference and learn from industry experts.
和訳: 彼女はそのカンファレンスに出席し、業界の専門家から学ぶことを楽しみにしています。

attendの中に～にの意味が含まれているので、うっかりinやtoを付けてはいけません。（＝他動詞なので、前置詞は付けられません。）
